Order details: what you buy, order value, delivery status, and any return or replacement requests.
Payment details: payment method and status. Card and UPI details are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
Messages: what you send us by email or our contact form, including photos or videos of a product problem.
Account details: your login and order history, if you sign in.
Device and usage details: IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools.

To process, deliver and support your orders.
To handle replacements, refunds, warranty claims and complaints.
To send order updates and reply to you.
To send marketing emails, if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
To understand how the store is used and improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
Payment providers, to take payments and issue refunds.
Fulfilment partners and couriers, to pack and deliver orders and arrange pickups.
Email, analytics and advertising services we use to run and promote the store.
Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside India.

Cookies keep your bag working, remember your preferences and help us understand store visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working properly.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. A parent or guardian should place orders for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it where the law allows.
